1. Eligibility for Refunds/ Return

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product sent to you is incorrect (wrong item).

  • The product arrived damaged during transit.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a refund or replacement for a wrong or damaged item, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video.

  • The video must start before opening the courier package.

  • The damage or wrong item must be clearly visible in the video.

  • Without a complete unboxing video, no refund or replacement will be processed.

3. Payment Verification & Dispatch

  • If we have any questions or queries regarding your payment, we will contact you via phone.

  • If you do not respond to our call, we will dispatch the order exactly as per the details you provided.

  • No refunds will be given for orders dispatched under these circumstances.

4. Cancellation & Change of Mind

  • Once an order is paid and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

  • We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
